Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear. All slipper returns must be in pristine, resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Exchanges
